London – Sir Alex Ferguson hoped that one day there was a manager in England who can match his achievements incision. Jose Mourinho as one of the top managers in the Premier League, claiming it was impossible to do.
Sir Alex is arguably the best manager se-United Kingdom thanks to a series of titles that it provides for Manchester United, including 13 Premier League titles and two Champions League trophies, which makes the ‘Red Devils’ has now become the best club in England and the world.
With what has been achieved until his retirement from the world of managerial two seasons ago, Sir Alex hopes one day could match what ever acquired at this time.
Mourinho touted as a potential successor to Sir Alex as top managers in mainland Britain. The Portuguese man recently won his third Premier League title at the age of 52 years, something that can not be done by Sir Alex who just got the first title in the competition at the age of 51 years.
With the desire to survive long Mourinho at Chelsea then he might match or surpass the achievement of Sir Alex. Still not convinced Mourinho himself or others would be able to do that.
“Path is still long but Sir Alex has left such a high standard and would be difficult to emulate anyone,” said Mourinho in the Mirror.
“It is impossible. I can not win 13 Premier League trophy. I can win 13 league titles. I’ve got eight. I thought I could reach the number 13,” he continued.
“But the 13 Premier League title? No, it’s not possible.”
