London – Players Chelsea star Eden Hazard successfully won the best player the Premier League PFA version 2015. Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane was selected as the best young player.
Hazard, 24, has scored 18 goals in 47 appearances for the Blues this season. The Belgian international midfielder became one of the key players who are now on the verge of his club won the Premier League title jura first in five years.
