Sofia – Escaped least Liverpool into the last 16 of the Champions League will be decided in the last match in the group phase. Reds manager Brendan Rodgers, happy because the team will determine its own destiny.
Liverpool is now in third position standings of Group B. They have four points from five matches, behind Real Madrid (15 points) and Bael (6 points).
In the last match, Liverpool just picking a number. They draw Bulgarian club, Ludogorets Razgrad, with the score 2-2 in the match at Vasil Levski National Stadium, Thursday (11/27/2014) pm dawn.
Coming from behind by a goal Dani Abalo, Liverpool turn things around with a goal by Rickie Lambert and Jordan Henderson. Unlucky for them, could Ludogorets evened the score in the final minutes through goals Georgi Terziev.
To qualify for the round of 16, Liverpool have to beat Basel at Anfield on December 9. They definitely qualify if win, whatever the outcome of the match Madrid vs Ludogorets.
Although disappointed with the result of the game against Ludogorets, Rodgers quite relieved his fate did not depend on the results of other matches.
“At the start of the competition, we say that this may be determined by the final game. It could undergo the last game at Anfield to win and qualify, I‘ll take it,” Rodgers said on the club’s official website.

“It will always be a very tight group. All the team have shown that they are a good team. Basel is a team that has experience in this competition, and Ludogorets in the first year they had some good results,” said the man from Northern Ireland this.
“We should have won (over Ludogorets), but it did not. Now, everything is in our hands in the last game. I could not ask for more than that,” said Rodgers.
