Manchester – Manchester United is unlikely to bring new players in the winter transfer window, although admittedly had a number of players who want to come by.
It was said by the Executive Vice Chairman Ed Woodward MU, when answering questions of journalists about the possibility of spending some players when the winter transfer window opened.
“We are not looking for short-term improvement in January. There are goals that we seek in the next summer, and if anyone can digaet in January we will consider it,” said Woodward in Sports Mole.
When asked again whether there was a target from the list of players that might be digaet January, Woodward said, “highly unlikely.”
Last summer MU has poured an estimated 150 million pounds to bring in players like Angel di Maria, Luke Shaw, Ander Herrera, Daley Blind, Marcos Rojo, and Radamel Falcao.
Ahead of the opening of the winter transfer window Manchester United had already started to be associated with a number of other players in an attempt to fix the performance, which is now the ‘Red Devils‘ are still rooted to the seventh position of the Premier League standings.
